- Toma un refractario y úntalo con mantequilla, revisa el espagueti y retira la cebolla y el ajo, escurre y reserva.



- Ahora licúa el jitomate, la cebolla, el ajo, con la media crema, lleva una olla al fuego una vez caliente agrega aceite, cuando ya esté caliente fríe el tocino.



- Una vez frito el tocino, incorpora el jitomate licuado, añade una cucharadita de consomé y otra de sal.



- Incorpora los ingredientes, tapa y espera a que se sazone, después de unos minutos rectifica la sal y enjuaga la licuadora con un poco de caldo, precaliente el horno a 180°C.



- Tapa nuevamente la olla por unos minutos más, toma el refractario agrega un poco del jitomate, la mitad del espagueti, la mitad de queso, repite nuevamente, jitomate, el resto del espagueti.
