- En un comido verteremos la leche lyncott y el azúcar, mezclamos hasta que estén bien integrados
- Agregamos la leche junto con la grenetina y reconocemos hasta que todo esté integrado
- Dejamos reposar un rato para que entibie y después agregamos a unos recipientes (al gusto) y llevamos al refri
- En un sartén colocamos el maracuyá y el azúcar, removemos hasta que estén bien integrados, se dejará en fuego hasta tener una consistencia melosa
- Pasado el tiempo sacaremos nuestras panna cottas del refri
- Empezamos a montar, poniendo primero la galleta de ahí el merengue y después la panna cotta
- COULIS DE Maracuyá
Mise en place - Para montar realizamos 1/4 de la receta de tarta de manzana
- Como siguiente para montar nuestra panna cotta ocuparemos merengues (link de la receta)
- Apelaremos poniendo la galleta y una pequeña capa de coulis de maracuyá
- De ahí agregaremos la panna cotta
- Y podemos espolvorear un poco de merengues o con crema batida decorar y de ahí poner los merengues
