  7. En un plato pongo en el fondo la lechuga picada, encima de la lecha le pongo las papas fritas de bolsa ya trituradas, y le agrego salsa rosada y salsa tártara, luego le agrego las carnes con los vegetales y vuelvo y le pongo las salsas, encima agrego queso rallado, otra capa de papas de paquete trituradas (papas naturales). Vuelvo y agrego salsas y esta vez le añado salsa de piña.
  8. En otro sartén derrite el queso mozzarella y baña la preparación con el queso ya derretido. Vuelve a agregarle las salsas por encima y ya está listo nuestro chuzo desgranado. Encima puedes ponerle 2 huevos de codorniz bañados en salsa rosada y el tocino. Y a disfrutar esta delicia.
