    Al observar que se está espesando se retira de la estufa.
  12. Lo cambiamos a un recipiente de plástico para que se enfríe, le pondremos plástico de cocina y lo metemos al refrigerador para que enfríe más rápido.
  13. Sacamos del horno los choux sabremos que están listos cuando tengan un tono dorado y se observa más inflados.
  14. Los dejamos enfriar y cuando ya esté con un cuchillo los partiremos a la mitad y llenaremos la manga pastelera con la crema pastelera. Y comenzamos a rellenar los choux.
  15. Al terminar de rellenarlo, lo pondremos en un plato y espolvearemos azúcar glass y listo a comer.
