- SALSA DE QUESO: licúa todos los ingredientes hasta que queden esponjosos. ANTES de armar el platillo calienta la salsa pero no dejes que que hierva porque se corta.
- Precalienta tu horno a 180 grados C.

- Cortamos la tocineta en rebanadas y la ponemos a freír a fuego bajo hasta que quede crocante.


- Cortamos los champiñones en rodajas delgadas, las aceitunas a la mitad y ponemos las uvas pasas a remojar con una cucharada de sal por 10 min o hasta que empiecen a inflar.

- Ponemos los champiñones a freír con 1/4 de vino blanco, una media cucharada de mantequilla, una cucharada de aceite de oliva pimienta al gusto hasta evaporar todos los líquidos.

- Cortamos finamente la cebolla y los pimientos y los ponemos en un sartén a freír con una cucharada de aceite.


- Ponemos a calentar las uvas pasas con su propia agua con sal por 3 min. Y las juntamos con la tocineta y las aceitunas.

- Utilizamos Risoni, Orzo o pasta semillas de melón y la ponemos en agua por 13 min. Escogemos la proteína y la cocinamos de acuerdo a nuestro gusto de manera sencilla (Ej.
