  2. Vamos a batir las claras con la mitad del azúcar y las llenas con la otra mitad.
  3. Cuando esté listo vamos a añadir la harina de poco a poco y mezclamos con las claras de forma envolvente para no sacar el aire.
  4. Una vez lista la mezcla vamos a hacer nuestras galletas en forma alargada. Horneamos a 180°C por 25 minutos.
  5. Para el relleno vamos a tener listo nuestros ingredientes.
  6. Vamos a hacer un jarabe con nuestro azúcar y el agua, y vamos a batir las yemas hasta blanquearlas y vamos a agregar el jarabe.
  7. Cuando ya hayamos hidratado nuestra grenetina vamos a derretir y se lo agregamos a la mezcla de las yemas y el jarabe.
  8. Después en otro recipiente vamos a batir la crema Liyncot a punto medio. Y debemos tener nuestro queso crema a temperatura ambiente y acreamdo.
  9. Agregamos el queso crema a la mezcla de las yemas y ya que esté bien disuelto vamos a poner la crema Liyncot de manera envolvente.
  10. Vamos a hacer nuestro jarabe de café y vamos a remojar las galletas ahí, colocamos en un aro y cuando tengamos la primera capa de galletas agregamos el relleno y espolvoreamos con cocoa el polvo.
  11. Y ponemos otra capa de galletas, otra capa de relleno y espolvoreamos y así sucesivamente hasta terminar.
  12. Una vez que retiremos el aro vamos a poner más galletas alrededor y adornamos con un listón.
